There are two ways you can bulk update product attributes in Range Plan:
Excel with Drop ID *New
Multi-edit product attributes & buy units
Note: This option is great for bulk updating the same information for multiple drops. E.g. you want to update the items to have the same cost price, units etc.
Step 1: You can either paste several product codes you wish to bulk update or apply a filter in the app.
Step 2: Select the products you wish to update
Step 3: Click on multi-edit at the bottom
Step 4: Update the attributes, size curves, tags or workflow for all the selected items
Step 5: Click Save, and you are done!
Bulk Update Product Attributes via Excel
Step 1: Select update multiple products from file option from the Add Data button
Drop IDs are required to update product drops. You can download Drop IDs using the templates outlined in the next step below.
Step 2: Select the option you would like to bulk update and click Next

Pricing
Status
Hierarchies & attributes
Workflows
Allocations
Upload by size
Buy units by size
Bar codes
Step 3: Select or drop the same Excel file where you have the updated product attributes along with the drop ID column and click 'Next'
Step 4: Map the fields that you would like to bulk update from product attributes to buy units, and click 'Update products' to complete! 🙌
How to update the delivery date in RP
To update a delivery date for an existing drop, you’ll require the Drop IDs. These can be downloaded from your Range Plan using the template provided.
👉🏻 We recommend downloading the Drop ID, product code & existing delivery date directly from the Plan View to csv to avoid any errors, and then insert your new delivery date in Excel and convert the file to xlsx to bulk update.
2. Go to Add Data > Update multiple products from file
Select update by Product or by Size
Match these fields:
Drop ID
Product code
Delivery date
3. Click next once you’ve mapped the correct fields, and voila! 🎉
