Range Plan multi-edit access
To use the multi-edit functionality, make sure you have 'edit' access to the Range Plan
For Owner users, you can adjust the permissions within the owner's role for the Range Plan.
For other users without 'Edit' access, kindly request access to the Range Plan from your brand's Owner. If you are unsure who is the 'Owner' user in your team, please reach out to us in the support chat or at support@stylearcade.com so we can further assist you
How to bulk update product attributes using multi-edit
Navigate to the Range Plan's Plan view and choose the drops you wish to modify.
Select the styles or products that needs updating
Once selected, locate to the bottom left and click on the "multi-edit" option
Make the your updates using a variety of options
Buy units
Pricing: cost price & RRP
Plan status
Products attributes
Size curves
Tags
Workflows
Save your changes by clicking on the SAVE button, and you're good to go! 💯

1. Can I remove tags using multi-edit?
Yes! You can remove the tags from the list by deselecting them from all the drops. Here are the steps for you to do this:
By using the multi-select function
Navigate to 'multi-edit' on the lower left side of the screen
Go to 'tags' and deselect the tags you want to remove
Once deselected from all the drops, they will also be deleted from 'Tags' ✨
2. Can I change the status of all drops using multi-edit?
Of course! You can change the status of all the drops in one go by selecting/checking "ALL".
Once done, navigate to the lower left side of the screen and select multi-edit. From there, you may then select the status you would like to apply 💫

3. Can I update my Range Plan budgets & forecasts using Multi-Edit?
At the moment Range Plan budgets & forecasts are managed separately from Style Arcade via Google Sheet integration. If you would like to edit your Budgets & Forecasts in the Range Plan, and you don't have access to the Gsheet, please reach out to our in-app chat or support@stylearcade.com so we can assist you.
