The file upload tool in Range Plan currently supports the following formats:
Excel: XLSX / XLS
Documents: PDF, EPS, DOC, DOCX
Vector image files: SVG, AI, EPS, INDD
All standard image formats (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, RAW, BMP, WebP, HEIF)
Compressed archives (ZIP, 7Z, RAR, GZ)
How to attach files to products in Range Plan
To attach the files to the style, you first need to create a new attribute in Settings:
Step 1: Click on your name initials in the top right corner, then click on Settings
Step 2: Under Range Plan, select Create fields, and the Hierarchy & Attributes tabs will be visible
Step 4: Click Attributes:
Step 5: Click the plus button and select + New Item
Step 6: Choose the name for your attribute e.g. Tech Pack:
Step 7: Choose File as your attribute type:
Step 8: Click Create:
Step 9: Now if you go to your style in Range Plan, the new field will appear "upload":
Step 10: Click upload and choose the file you want to attach, then click open:
Step 11: After the file has been attached to the style, click save and voila!
