Formulas created in Calculations can now be linked to the product fields in the Range Plan, allowing greater flexibility and customisation for product costing.

How to set up linked calculated fields
1. To use this feature, you must first create your formulas in Settings > Range Plan > Calculations
2. Once you've created a formula, use the Linked Fields to select the field you want to allocate the calculation to (RRP, Cost, or Buy Units)
3. Navigate back to the Plan View, click into a product card to set up the linked field for individual or multiple drops:
For individual drop - locate the 🔗 icon and select the fields to link to your custom calculated fields
For multiple drops - select the products you wish to assign a linked field to.
Select the multi-edit function to update the linked fields for multiple drops.
👉 Make sure you click Save before exiting the product card
4. Fields with a linked custom calculated field will appear green
How to search products with linked fields
Navigate to the filter and search for Linked calculations. Products that have linked fields attached can be selected and will display in the Range Plan.
