Accessing Rollups 2.0
To experience Rollups 2.0:
Go to Settings
Click on Beta Feature Toggles
Toggle on Rollups V2
Rollups 2.0 features
To build a report:
Look for the dimensions & metrics you'd like to report on under all fields
Dimensions - can be added to rows by, columns by (column groupings)
Metrics - can be added to metrics, column metrics
Drag and drop the fields you'd like to add to either the Rows or Columns sections.
Alternatively, you can click the Pin icon 📌 on the headers of rows by or columns by to quickly select the fields instead of dragging.
Grouping multiple data
Dive deeper into your data by grouping up to 3 dimensions in one report.
To group data:
Expand the column groupings section and select the fields to be grouped in your report (up to 3 fields).
Add dimensions to column by and metrics to column metrics and your Rollups report will populate
Custom time comparisons
Analyze performance trends effortlessly with the custom time comparisons feature. Compare key metrics across multiple periods and uncover insights like this month vs. last month or this Black Friday week vs. last Black Friday week, all in a single report.
Dimensions for time comparison:
1. Week - compare the same week number this year vs last year. E.g. week 2023/13 vs. 2024/13.
2. Month - compare the same month this year to last year, e.g., August this year vs. August last year.
3. Quarter - compare the same quarter within a year e.g. 2023 Q1 vs. 2024 Q1.
To build a comparison report:
To add a time comparison, navigate to compare time housed within the advanced section
Select one of Style Arcade’s preset time period’s (filtered date vs LW or LY)
OR click ‘Add’ to create and store a custom date
Once you have selected a comparison date, drag the comparison under a metric in the Metrics section to populate your report.
If you wish to view the Var% between periods click the hover to add this data to your report.
You can compare multiple periods by repeating the steps above
Calculations
Create unique formulas directly in your reports to analyze metrics in ways that matter most to your business.
To create a calculation:
Navigate to advanced > calculations and click add to start building a custom calculation
You have the option to name this calculation and store for future reports
Subtotals and group totals
Go to the toggles in the top-right corner of your report to enable or disable subtotals and group totals.

Custom first and last week metrics
Access First/Last x Week metrics under metrics in the custom metrics tab. Choose the desired week for analysis, then drag or pin the fields into the metrics box for easy review.
