Getting started
To begin, please ensure you have access to edit the Range Plan.
If you don't have permission to edit, please click on your initials on the top right corner > Settings > Users and reach out to the "owner" users in your team so they can update your access for you.
How to set up allocations
Go to Settings
Select manage locations and click on create a new location
Fill in the necessary information and click create
How to update allocations for product drops
There are 2 ways you can update the allocation data:
Manual edit
Bulk update via Excel
Manual edit:
Click on a drop and navigate to size curves
Click on edit allocations
Select add allocation +
Click on the drop down and select your desired location.
When all fields are updated, click Save
Bulk update via Excel:
Click Add data > Update multiple products from file in Plan View
Select these options to ensure your allocations will be updated:
Product info to specific delivery dates
Buy units by location
Attach the new allocation file
Select all required matching fields to update allocations
How to filter allocations in Plan View
In Plan view of Range Plan, click on Filter
Select Allocated to
Tick/Check your desired location(s) and click Done
How to report on allocations in Rollups view
Navigate to Rollups view in Range Plan
Under rows and add Allocated To
Under columns, add any (PLN) metrics to populate the data
