There are a few things you can try if you're having difficulties

If you can't access Style Arcade, there are a few stages where you may be having an issue. The following sections provide you with different options depending on your issue.


When visiting https://app.stylearcade.com.au, the page does not load and just shows a completely white screen

The following steps can help troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Ensure you are not using a bookmark to log in. Try logging in at https://app.stylearcade.com.au

  2. Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and that your browser is up to date.

  3. Try logging into the link above using incognito mode

  4. If you still experience issues, please email us at support@stylearcade.com


You are able to enter your email address, but the application says you haven't been granted access yet

The following steps can help troubleshoot your issue:

  1. You will need to identify a Style Arcade 'admin' or 'owner' user within your business that can grant you access. If you do not know who this is, please contact us at support@stylearcade.com

  2. If you still experience issues, please email us at support@stylearcade.com


You are able to enter your email address, but the application just redirects you to enter your email address again

The following steps can help troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Ensure you are not using a bookmark to log in. Try logging in at https://app.stylearcade.com.au

  2. Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and that your browser is up to date.

  3. Try logging into the link above using incognito mode

  4. Try logging in on another computer

You are able to enter your email address, but when you enter your Verification Code, the application says that the verification code you entered may have been incorrect or expired

The following steps can help troubleshoot your issue:

  1. Ensure you are not using a bookmark to log in. Try logging in at https://app.stylearcade.com.au

  2. Ensure you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and that your browser is up to date.

  3. Check your system clock. Your clock must be within 5 minutes of internet clocks. You can check whether your clock is correct by comparing it to https://time.is/

  4. Try logging into the link above using incognito mode

  5. Try logging in on another computer

Advanced - how to fix your browser if incognito mode allows you to log in

Under rare conditions, it is possible for your browser to experience corruption of the browser data that tracks your logins.

To fix this, please clear your browser's cache:

Chrome

  1. Click the 3 dots (Mac) or exclamation point (PC) in the upper right corner of the browser.

  2. Hover over the More Tools option then clicks Clear Browsing Data...

  3. Choose The Beginning Of Time or a lesser time frame in the "Clear the Following Items From" field.

  4. Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Download history, Cached images and files, Cookies and other site data).

  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

Edge

  1. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.

  2. Choose Settings.

  3. Under Clear Browsing Data click Choose What To Clear.

  4. Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data).

  5. Click Clear.

Firefox

  1. Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the browser.

  2. Click Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC).

  3. Click Privacy in the left menu bar.

  4. Click Clear Your Recent History.

  5. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.

  6. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear.

  7. Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache and Active Logins

  8. Click Clear Now.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click Tools, and select Delete Browsing History

  2. Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.

  3. Click Delete.

Safari for Mac

  1. Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...

  2. In the Clear field choose All History

  3. Click Clear History.

Safari for PC

  1. Click on the Settings (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of the browser..

  2. Click Reset Safari

  3. Select the items you wish to clear. (It is recommended to check all items).

  4. Click Reset.
