If you notice that some product styles are missing from your list view or search results in Style Arcade, it is likely due to one of these common reasons we'll explore below.

Data Requirements for Product Visibility

For a product to show up in Style Arcade, it needs to have at least one of the following against them:

  • Stock: Products with available inventory

  • Sales: Products with recorded sales history

  • Purchase Order: Products with future purchase orders or received purchase orders

Your date range filter could also be limiting the results, so make sure you clear your date range to all time!

Why do some products not show even when it has all three sets of data (stock, sales, purchase order)?

Steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Double-check the formatting of SKUs/Product Code, and try searching for the product name if you can't find any results after pasting the codes.

  2. Confirm that the missing styles have associated sales, stock, or purchase order data for the date range you're filtering on

  3. Clear any product filters

How do I know if my SKUs are formatted correctly?

Style Arcade's search bar is extra sensitive & precise. In your entry, pay attention to spaces, special characters, and letter case as they can lead to no results if the product codes don't match what the app shows.
