  • The different scenarios where you can use the Add Metric Filter

So you've learned the basics of how our 'Add Metric filter' works - but what are some examples that may be useful for you to use this amazing beast of a filter? Here are a few examples to get you started:

Scenario #1 - Show me all the items I have in stock

  • i.e. you have product units in stock

Metric = Stock units
Criteria = greater than 0

Scenario #2 - Show me all the products that are out of stock

  • i.e. you have no units in stock

Metric = Stock units
Criteria = less than or equal to 0

Scenario #3 - Show me all the products that have broken sizing

  • i.e. you do not have 100% of your sizes in stock

Metric = Size availability % or Weighted size availability %
Criteria = less than 100

Scenario #4 - Show me the products that I am looking likely to run out of stock of in the next 4 weeks

  • i.e. you have 4 or less weeks of cover left

Metric = Spot Cover or Average 4 week cover

Scenario #5 - Using a double Metric filter, show me products that:

1) I am looking to run out of stock of in the next 4 weeks; and
2) I do not yet have on order

  • i.e. you have 4 or less weeks of cover left and nothing on order

1st Metric filter
Metric = Spot Cover or Average 4 week cover
Criteria = greater than 0 AND less than or equal to 4

2nd Metric filter
Metric = Future Orders
Criteria = less than or equal to 0

Scenario #6 - Show me the products that I had missed the opportunity because I broke sizing in the first 4 weeks

Metric = First week a size broke
Criteria = less than or equal to 4
