🌍 Channel filter

What is the channel filter?

  • The channel filter enables you to choose the data relevant to your departments: online, retail, or wholesale.

  • The channel filters are unique to each business and can be updated by requests.

What are the use cases for this filter?

  • This filter allows you to explore different channels based on your chosen preference from the list for viewing.

  • Users can select one or changed to another channels to view data specific to those channels.


🗓️ Date Range Filter

What is the date range filter?

  • The date range filter is drived by your retail calendar which is located in your Settings.

  • With the date range filter, you can filter 3 types of dates: Date range (calendar dates), launch date or last received date.

Definitions:

  • Date Range: is the calendar date you wish to analyse sales, stock data

  • Launch Date: The date/week/month a product was launched in any given store or online. Read more about how we calculated the launch date here.

  • Last Received Date: The date/week/month on which you last received stock in the selected store/location in the selected time period

How do I use the date range filter?

  1. Choose a starting period, and then the ending period to apply

  2. You can stack all 3 dates types in the same setting if this applies

What are the use cases for date range filter?

  • You can choose a predefined timeframe or specified a custom date range under the custom section.

  • You can exclude selected products from showing on your report by selecting the launch weeks or months you wish to exclude, and then toggle ON the exclude selected launch date option.

Tip: Save your view in Style Arcade with a custom date range e.g. last 1 week and you never have to adjust your filters again! 🤩

🔖 Product Filters

What are product filters?

  • Product filters allow you to add product attributes, such as Category, Subcategory & Season.

  • Businesses can request to add more product filters by requests.

Below are the default Style Arcade filters & their use cases:

Launch status

  • This filter enables you to easily identify product’s launch status: launched or not yet launched.

Price status

  • This filter helps to identify products that are in full price, markdown (reduced sell price) or unknown (missing pricing information) at the end of the selected timeframe.

Published status

  • This filter helps to identify products that are currently published or unpublished to the Shopify Online store.

Exclusively available to accounts integrated with Shopify

Shopify status

  • This filter helps to pinpoint which the the status of the product in Shopify: active, draft.

Shopify tags

  • This filter allows you to identify products that has been tagged with the selected tag in Shopify. This filter is updated daily after the data refresh.

RRP band

  • This filter allows you to analyse products grouped by RRP ranges e.g. from $0 to $10. This is great to include in your Rollups report to identify which RRP band is driving the most sales!

Sell price band

  • This filter grouped products into different sell price ranges e.g. from $0 to $10. This is great to include in your Rollups report to identify your best-selling sell price band and price your products strategically.

Sell through velocity (Product Rating)

  • This filter grouped products performance into: fast, average & slow seller based on the first customed numbers of week average sell through. Learn more about the logic behind this filter here.

Size

  • This filter allows you to filter by product’s size in Rollups

Store

  • This filter allows you to view product’s performance by selecting on the store name


💬 Metric Filter

What is the metric filter?

Like the name suggested, the Metric Filter allows you to narrow down your product options by the metrics available on Style Arcade.

How do I use the metric filter?

What are the use cases for the metric filter?

You can stack multiple metrics filters together to narrow down your product options.

Such as, if you are looking for products between the sell price of $100 - $300 that still has stock:

Note: You can't apply the same metric twice, this is currently a feature request that is being considered.
