There are two ways you can bulk update product attributes in Range Plan:
Multi-edit Product Attributes & Buy Units
Note: this option is great for bulk updating the same information for multiple drops. E.g. you want to update the items to have the same cost price, units etc.
Step 1: You can either paste a number of product codes you wish to bulk update or apply a filter in the app.
Step 2: Select the products you wish to update
Step 3: Click on multi-edit at the bottom
Step 4: Update the attributes, size curves, tags or workflow for all the selected items
Step 5: Click Save and you are done!
Bulk Update Product Attributes via Excel
Step 1: Select the drops that you wish to bulk update and export to CSV
Step 2: Adjust the attributes that you wish to update, and then save the file as Excel (xls or xlsx format)
Step 3: Select update multiple products from file option from the Add Data button
Step 4: Select the options you would like to bulk update and click Next
Product info (for sepecific delivery dates)
Buy units by location
Buy units by size
Step 5: Select or drop same Excel file where you have the updated product attributes and click 'Next'
Step 6: Map the fields that you would like to bulk update from product attributes to buy units and click 'Update products' to complete! 🙌
Note: If you selected bulk update product info to specific delivery dates, then make sure you have the current delivery dates as a column in your Excel and map that in 'Delivery Date' so that Style Arcade can bulk update the correct product drops
