This will highlights the purpose and scope of the markdown feature in SA and this explain that products on sale in the past but returned to regular retail price will not appear as markdown products.
Your markdown in SA is showing what is currently at markdown. It does not show historical markdowns. So if a product was on sale last month but is back at RRP today, it will not show as a markdown product.
This is currently on our roadmap as we have had many requests for this. I can keep you updated with it's progress
