Key Features

🧩 Customisation

The Dashboard page layout can now be tailored to suit your individual preferences. Widgets can be added, hidden or rearranged to create a personalised view.

πŸ“‰ New Widgets

A new line graph widget is now available, allowing you to easily visualise key metrics over time and identify trends in your data. There are now 5 types of widgets to derive insights from.

πŸ”‚ Improved Workflow

You can now navigate directly from Dashboard widgets to Product and Roll-up page reports via the View report > button to streamline your workflow and enhance efficiency.

πŸ‘‘ Greater Flexibility

All Reports and Templates can be saved directly from your Reports Library to the Dashboard, offering a more personalised view to meet specific insight needs.


Widgets types

There are five types of widgets available on the Dashboard.

  • KPI Widget: Displays key metrics and the performance variance relative to the same period last year. Use the + Add metric button to customise your metrics in view.

  • Overtime graph: Presents key metrics in a graph format to highlight trends and uncover insights over time. The graph colour, metric on display and view format (Day- D, Week-W, Month-M, Quarter-Q) can be customised to your requirements. Click View Report to be taken directly to the corresponding Rollups page report.

  • Product reports: Displays a preview of your custom-selected product reports and templates. Click See all products to go directly to the Products page report.

  • Reports: Allows quick access to your top saved reports and templates for a more efficient and streamlined workflow. Simply click the report heading to be taken directly to the report page.

  • Supply & Demand: Displays the sales units after returns % against your average stock units % for up to 3 of your custom-selected fields. The widget view can be customised using the indicators at the bottom of the widget. For further insights, click View Report to access Rollups, or hover over the performance indicator and click Show All to access the relevant Products report.

Note: The channel & date range filter applied to the data corresponds to the filters bar on the top right


Customise your view

The Dashboard can be customised by adding, removing or rearranging widgets to focus on the insights most important to you.

  1. Click the + Add Widget button in the top right corner of the Dashboard

  2. Select the widgets you wish to add to your Dashboard and click the Add widget group button

  3. Use the Arrange Widget feature at the top of the page to customise the order of your widgets.

    Drag & drop or hide your widgets to customise your Dashboard layout.

  4. Once you're happy with the view, click Apply, and you're ready to start analysing your insights.

  5. Further customisation of widgets can also be actioned on the Dashboard; By clicking the 3 dots on the right-hand side each widget can be duplicated or deleted.

  6. To customise the widget name click the pen icon.

  7. To save your custom Dashboard view, click the Reports Library - Save button.
