Intro to user roles
User roles determine what each person can view or edit in Style Arcade, ensuring everyone has the right level of access based on their responsibilities.
User role types
Owner
Users in this role have full access to all settings & edit permissions in Style Arcade.
Owners can:
Add, remove or manage users
Create new user roles & manage permissions and access for existing roles
Create and manage Templates
You can have multiple Owner users in an account.
Note: If you don't have access to Users Settings, and you are unsure which member from your team has an Owner role, please reach out to us in the support chat. 😊
Custom roles
Owner users can create custom roles by following the steps below. The permission & access of custom roles are determined by the Owners of the account.
How to create a user role
Click on your icon in the top right corner
Click into Settings
Click on users on the top left (under settings)
Click on roles
Click on create a new role
Fill in new role name
Check the boxes for features you want the new role to have access to
Click Save
