Your one stop shop to start loading your Range Plan into Style Arcade!

Definitions:

  • Hierarchy - Hierarchy are the filters used within the business.

  • Attributes - Attributes are the distinctive features or characteristics that define a particular style, trend, or product that encompasses various elements.

  • Workflows - Workflows allow you to customize your team’s process, timeline, and tracking, add up to 30 'stages' and name these according to your process add date tracking, a completed/incomplete status, and a notes field.

How to set up Hierarchy & Attributes

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select hierarchy & attributes

3. Select the tab you wish to add on (hierarchy, attributes, workflow).

4. Click on the + icon to add New Item

5. Set a range of attribute type to set up from Single dropdown (filterable), Text, Number, Price for costing information, and File if you want to add attachments

6. Then add all of the options in your new item field and save

Tip: You can copy and paste a list of existing options if you have them saved already somewhere in Excel and pasted on the text column for quick setup like below:

How to Filter on Hierarchy

  1. Go to Filter

  2. Click on the + icon and select your desired filter(s).

  3. You may use columns and rows to add more metrics


Work Flows

Adding a workflow filter is super easy, all you need to do is follow 5 quick steps below:

Note: Only users with Range Plan edit access can manage Workflows. If you don't have access please reach out to our in-app chat for further assistance.

  1. Click on your Initials (top right corner) then click on Settings

  2. Click on Hierarchy & Attributes (on left-hand side)

  3. Click on Workflow

  4. Click on "+" button to add a new Workflow filter

How to Report on Workflows Using 'Add Metric Filter'

  1. Go to Add Metric Filter

  2. Search for or Select your desired metric. In this example, we will use Sales After Returns (Sales AR)

  3. Select the desired value

  4. You may select x to remove the filter or + to add another

  5. You may use columns and rows to add more metrics
