The channel filter allows you to select the data applicable to the department of your business: online, retail or wholesale.

Position your cursor over the upper left corner of the Style Arcade App page

Select the following:

In this section, explore various channels by clicking on the desired channel from the list to view its data

With the date range filter, it allows you to filter 3 types of dates: sales date (date range), launch date or last received date

Currently you have the option to select a week, month or quarter using the Date Range filter.

The ability to select custom or single date is not yet available at the moment. Should this change we'll be sure to keep you informed!

To use the Date Range Filter, follow the steps below to apply your date range:

Add Filters allow you to add your product attributes, such as your Category, Subcateogry & Season.

All product attributes apart from the Default Filters, need to be custom mapped by our engineers.

Wants to limit your results based on metrics? Look to the Add Metric Filter

With this filter, you can narrow down your search based on a criteria, for example filtering on anything with stock units greater than 0.

The full name of the product is visible at the top of the card.

Acronyms for metrics have been updated to display the full metric description by default. Allowing all users to understand and select the correct metrics instantly.

Easily change the sizes of the product cards to view larger or smaller images, enabling you to fit more on the page

Select an unlimited number of metrics to display on the product cards (previously limited to 5)

Select the drop-down from the icon below and type in the search box to reveal metrics. Highlight the metrics you wish to display

You can also access and update the product card metrics via the icon below located on the product card

Have preferences in the way you view metrics, full or abbreviated? You can switch them!

To switch between Full and Short metrics, please do the following:

On the top left of the card, you will find Style Arcade's exclusive product ratings: fast, average or slow seller.

You can hover over the rating to reveal the first x week sell through % of the product.

The Style Arcade Product rating feature can be minimized or switched on/off.

To minimize or maximise the rating, hover over the rating and click on the 'eye' button

The rating will be minimized to just one dot on the left corner.

To switch/off the rating, click the product card and click "edit card view" then select from Product rating visibility the click "Apply" button

To view the full image, click on the kebab menu on the top right and select view full image

The full image of the product will appear on your screen

Select the list view function to view in-depth product information like in Excel!

When switching to List View, your metrics from card view won't be transferred over, this was an intended design to ensure you don't get overwhelmed with all the new metrics.

To add more metrics:
1. Click the + button on the right-hand side to reveal and select the columns you would like included

2. Click on "Done" at the bottom to populate the columns at the end of the report

3. You may also drag and reorder the columns in List View

Within the List View, you have the ability to apply a freeze panel so that your metrics will always be visible on your screen when you scroll.

Simply drag and drop the padlock icon to freeze panes and put it where you want your metrics to be visible.

Change the way your products show usin the sorting filter.

You have 2 options to sort, simply click on the sorting filter next to the Show All filter to reveal the double sort function.

To limit the number of product cards showing in Products tab, select to toggle down next to 'Showing'

Did you know the search bar in Style Arcade can search multiple product codes?

Simply copy the product codes from your Excel columns

Navigate to the App, click on the search bar (magnifying glass icon), and paste the copied codes

The results will then be filtered to the codes you searched

You can also narrow your search further using search exact code, for scenarios where you have similar style colour codes and you just want the exact one!

Navigate to the bottom part and activate the toggle for "search exact codes" to filter out similar product codes from appearing.

Buy Calculator helps the buyers in determining the quantity to purchase for each product. This is typically achieved by looking at a similar product or analyzing historical data within the category to decide if the product will be a high/mid/low volume performer.

Size calculator serves as a convenient tool for users to swiftly calculate the ideal size curve for any product or group of products. It replaces the existing size curves page with sophisticated logic that calculates the ideal size curve based on the true rate of sale.

Tags in Shopify's functionality allows all customers to create Shopify tags for chosen products within Style Arcade!

Driven by our true rate of sale logic the Reorder tool is a great feature to help you quantify your reorder units based on past sales performance.
